Various data from our processes have been collected and showed at the
moment
from our 6" InGaP HBT fab. to submit the SPC and yield data to get
the customer's approval.
We are targeted to the yield of 91% now.
We will accumulate further data to this and reach to process stabilization
finally
around early 2002 in tact.
Knowledge*on was certified ISO9002 in 1997.
