and MMIC foundry facility has 35,000 square foot class 10 and class 1000 clean
rooms with a capacity of more than 3,000 wafers per month.

in the state-of-the-art facilities, technologies and production systems in place.
Knowledge*on is specializing in high power InGaP HBTs for applications such as
