facility located in its headquarters in Iksan, Korea. The new 6" GaAs InGaP HBT
and MMIC foundry facility has 35,000 square foot class 10 and class 1000 clean
rooms with a capacity of more than 3,000 wafers per month.
The opening of the new foundry service compliments Knowledge*on's core business
of GaAs LEDs, Rectifiers and VCSELs. The industry experience gained through 13
years of GaAs technology is reflected in the state-of-the-art facilities,
