Optoelectronic & Power devices has been the main products based on state-of-the-art 
GaAs process technologies. We were recorded as a no. 1 supplier of Infrared LED chips 
worldwide in 1997 by a Japanese optoelectronics magazine.

From our competent GaAs process technologies and successful business management background, we have launched "GaAs foundry services" for Wireless industry such as 
Mobile communications, Wireless Local Area Network(WLAN), and Optical Communications
etc.

What We Do                                     
Current open foundry mainly focuses on InGaP/GaAs HBT and MMIC processing.
Our HBT technology are applicable to make customers different ICs applications 
such as PA, VCOs, LNA, and Mixers for GSM, CDMA, Base Station, and WLAN etc. 
We are offering 6" InGaP HBT processing foundry services for these customers.

Capacity of our 6" InGaP HBT foundry is 3000 wafers per month. 113,000 sq. ft of Foundry Building, 35,000 sq. ft of Clean room for InGaP HBT Open Foundry. From this facility, we have world-class foundry  capacity of 3000 wafers per month.

As InGaP HBT is now in very high demand in wireless market due to its great features
