lifetime devices for customers worldwide.
Around 200 HBTs can be tested at same
time
with different bias and temperature condition. The reliability
test tower system in Knowledge*on has an automatic feedback bias control
mode
to maintain the constant collector current (Jc) and
ambient temperature.
