   Key Features - Low Thermal Resistance (Rth)

   Thermal Resistance (Rth) is an important factor to influence the junction temperature (Tj) and
   lifetime of the HBTs Knowledge*on HBTs provide relatively Low Rth value, and by means of
   this reduction of Rth, the life time of the HBTs can be improved.

Low thermal resistance (Rth)

Rth(2fx2x20 um2) = 760C/W (vs. = 941C/W other foundries) (before thinning)
= 614C/W (after thinning)
