   Key Features  - VBIC model



  
As VBIC includes the self-heating effects and the quasi-saturation modeling, VBIC model is the
   more advanced one compared to simple Gummel-Poon model. Knowledge*on provides, for more
   accurate circuit simulation,  its precise  HBT  VBIC  model  to our customers with and passive 
   libraries resulting in reduction of foundry iteration time before manufacturing stage.
   Using  Knowledge*on¡¯s  accurate  VBIC  model,  RF  designers who are willing to make better 
   outputs in better condition, will benefit and will be able to save cost that used to be consumed 
   due to foundry model inaccuracy.
