   technology for world-wide wireless business runner. Our main customers are in the scope of 
   MMICs and RFICs designing and manufacturing for GSM, CDMA, DCS, Optical Communications
   and WLAN(802.11b) etc. 
  
There are three standard Knowledge*on processes for MMIC. These processes have different 
   HBT parameters and table1 describes the HBT parameters of the
