1. What is the turn-around time for mass production?
: Lead time for mass production is 5-7
weeks.

2. What kind of foundry service program do you offer for evaluation such
as pizza mask ?
:1) Regular Shuttle Run (RSR):
Run start on Every first week of each month. Four
customers will share one wafer. One
customer will have a quarter of the wafer. RSR
guarantee a quarter of one wafer for customer
from its 2-wafer-run.If 2nd wafer is
successful, customer will have additionally a quarter of the
2nd wafer.
2) Prototype Wafer Run (PWR)
Single customer will have its own 2 wafers. The
maximum stepping tile size is
15mm(width) x 15mm(height) on the wafer. The
customer can compose the mask using
single or different circuits. Lead time: 1-2
weeks for Mask Making3-4 weeks for processing
(no backside vias)
3) Pre-Production Run (PPR)
Minimum Production Run: 4 wafers- PCM guaranteed
*Wafer Only, w/o Vias.

confidentiality issue of my design

: Pure-play 6" Open Foundry is the
business target we are pursuing. We will tresure customers'
confidentiality and would like
to grow seeing our customer's thriving business based on Our
foundry services. We will be
there for your business in Wireless and Optical Industry.
11. Do you have a technology development roadmap?
: At the moment we will concentrate on the
6" InGaP HBT foundry services only.
For the future, we are planning
to develop and foundry services of MHEMT and EHEMT
process.
