out from our foundry so is producing extended lifetime devices for
customers worldwide.
Around 200 HBTs can be tested at same time with different bias and
temperature condition.
The reliability test tower system in Knowledge*ON has an automatic
feedback bias control mode to maintain the constant collector current
(Jc) and ambient temperature.
