Miniumum Noise figure(NFmin) using 2finger 2x20 devices of HL(High Linearity) process shows extremley low value of 0.8dB(Vce=3V, 4mA) which is good for LNA specification but also provides a possibility of Tx and Rx one chip solution using Knowledge*ON HL Process.
This process also shows outstanding linearity performance(IP3-P1dB=15dB) which satisfies WCDMA linearity requirements.
